Roundit 2000 NX should be cut with good paper quality scissors. It is important to make sure that a gap does not exist between the blades of the scissors.
Step 1: Make one straight cut across the width of the product.
Step 2: Using very light force, manually pull the loose fibers off the end of the cut edge.
Step 3: Pull any remaining loose fiber over to tracer edge of the product. Filaments will stop unraveling — cut off with scissors.

Made from a carefully engineered blend of Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) and Nomex, Roundit 2000 NX is suitable for use in aerospace applications with a continuous use temperature of 200°C. Since it is woven, it doesn't trap moisture, and the material itself is highly resistance to mold and rot generation.
The self-wrapping feature of Roundit 2000 NX product allows for quick and easy installation and removal of the product for assembly and maintenance. Roundit 2000 may be applied or removed without any manipulation of connectors or fittings and offers an innovative solution in areas where breakouts are necessary.
